Sandhills Patron is a restaurant guide listing and reviewing eating establishments in Southern Pines, Pinehurst and Aberdeen. These towns are in the Sandhills region of North Carolina, about an hour south of Raleigh and about two hours east of Charlotte.

The reviews are the single opinion of the designer, John Brock. John is a web programmer with three years of restaurant business, both in and out of management.

Sandhills Patron serves as a voice for John to express his satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the dining experiences in the areas listed above. All opinions are personal, and are influenced by the taste and experiences in the restaurant. Reviews began in December of 2005.
